We provide Psychological Counseling and Therapy Services. These services are delivered either:

• Online: Via video conferencing or phone calls.
• In-Person: At our designated clinic address.

No physical goods are shipped or delivered to your address.

2. Service Delivery Timeline

• Confirmation: Following a successful booking and payment, you will receive an immediate confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.
• Session Delivery: The counseling session will take place at the scheduled date and time selected by you during the booking process.

3. Accessing Online Services

For online sessions, meeting links will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp prior to the appointment time. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection for the session.
