What I work with

Care that meets you where you are.

Every person arrives with their own story. Pick what sounds closest, or write to me and we'll figure it out together.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions for anxiety, low mood, self-worth and the in-between feelings that don't have a name yet.

Explore

Couples Therapy

For partners learning to fight kinder, listen deeper, and rebuild trust at a pace that doesn't ask either of you to disappear.

Explore

Family Therapy

Working with the whole system — parents, siblings, grandparents — to untangle the patterns that no single person can fix alone.

Explore

Child & Adolescent

A soft landing place for kids and teens — play-based for the little ones, conversation-led for the older — always at their pace.

Explore

Anxiety & Depression

Evidence-based CBT, ACT and mindfulness — practical tools you can use Monday morning, not just in the therapy room.

Explore

Workplace & Burnout

For high-achievers running on fumes — recovering energy, rebuilding boundaries, and figuring out what 'enough' actually feels like.
